  • The Product Marketing Manager will sit at the intersection of Leasing, Product, and Marketing, and responsible for developing positioning around the roadmap, and building a go-to-market strategy that drives brand equity, leasing value, and tenant retention.

In real estate, product often refers to physical assets – the properties, and transactional agreements - the lease. We are bringing more flexible leasing options to an on-demand world. In addition, we are developing our service components, from tenant experience apps to concierge programs.     As the  Product Marketing Manager, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: 

     

    Go To Market Strategy

    • Work closely with VP, Product on go-to-market plan with key stakeholders to ensure alignment
    • Build business cases for inclusion in the product roadmap
    • Provide ongoing market intelligence and competitive analysis
    • Develop all product messaging and positioning for the EQ Office Platform

     Sales Enablement

    • Driving demand, adoption and overall success of a product
    • Train leasing/sales team on offerings
    • Create collateral including sales presentations, solution briefs, blog posts, and product videos
    • Support demand-gen campaigns with webinars, and content for nurture tracks
    • Work with third-party channels to amplify flex offering (Coeo, Truss, etc)
    • Expand web presence for EQ's product offering

    Customer Success

    • Build and manage a voice of customer program, including surveys, NPS, CAB (Customer Advisory Board) program
    • Formalize feedback channels (close the loop)
    • Tell success stories - through case studies and testimonials

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3-5 years marketing or customer service, preferable experience in product marketing and customer success
    • Previous history developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, collaboration and project management tools (or ability to pick up new technology fast), conferencing tools
