• Product Marketing Specialist

  • The repositioning of our products, class A office space across the country, is an essential driver for our business. Alongside architectural remodeling, we look to develop a strong brand vision that elevates our value in the market. The Product Marketing Specialist will work alongside the Product Marketing Manager, with input from leasing and property teams, to build an integrated marketing strategy that improves brand equity, leasing value, and tenant retention.

    As the Product Marketing Specialist, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions:

    • Help coordinate core vision and positioning for property.
    • Assist in vetting creative firms and management of RFP process.
    • Ensure project scheduling, timing and marketing budgets are met.
    • Work with leasing and creative team to develop marketing materials (brochures, pitch books, marketing boards, digital strategy, and marketing suite design).
    • Work with property management team to develop programming, newsletters, events, and other branded materials.
    • Build social media strategy appropriate to the market.
    • Document best practices to champion brand internally.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3-5 years marketing, project management, or other business-related experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, collaboration and project management tools (or ability to pick up new technology fast), conferencing tools, Photoshop a plus
    • Remarkable organization and communication skills with an ability to work through complex issues
    • Passion for branding and penchant for all things creative
    • Proven ability working with outside agencies, and facilitate feedback
    • Curious, driven, professionally capable of stretching her/himself and our team
    • Manages self and others in an open honest and transparent manner
