The Director – Corporate Finance will join the 25+ member Corporate Finance team of EQ Office. The Corporate Finance department is primarily responsible for property and portfolio level forecasting and general financial analysis; maintenance of Argus files; modeling, due diligence, marketing and closings of dispositions and debt financings; and providing analytical support for market leaders, asset management, and Blackstone.
The Director – Corporate Finance will be responsible primarily for Investment Finance within the Corporate Finance department with leadership contributions in valuation modeling, distribution forecasting and reporting, investment level financial forecasting, workflow scheduling, and will drive department-wide process improvement and re-engineering initiatives. The position requires supervision, mentoring, coaching, and development of two direct and two indirect reports.
